Torie became an Enrolled Agent in 2005 and joined the MSEA a couple months later.
She participates on the Education Committee and is currently the Chairperson for the Mini-Seminars events.
Torie is one of our SEE instructions and does a variety of other speaking/teaching engagements.
She was honored top receive EA of the Year 2008-2009 and is currently working on her Masters in Taxation
at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

with the website and newsletters, I am now on the board.
I have been in the tax profession going on my Sixth year and decided
to go to the next level and became an EA in 2005. I have done it
all from preparation thru representation in front of the IRS
and other agencies.
I am looking forward to serving my fellow EAs as Treasurer for Mission Society.

Cynthia passed the EA exam in 1998, and became an NTPI
fellow in 2001.
In addition to tax preparation and representation, Cynthia teaches
several IRS workshops each year on sole proprietorships, and
choices of entity, in both Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties.
She shares a practice with her husband in Soquel.

Chad is a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in our Northern California Silicon Valley office, resident in San Jose, California.
He has more than nine years of public accounting experience. Chad started in PricewaterhouseCoopers Tokyo, Japan office where he worked for 5 years. His focus has been on serving the needs of Multi-National Companies and their global work force.
His experience includes individual tax planning, expatriate program management, policy consulting, equity compensation
planning, payroll consulting and short-term assignment planning.
Chad has been an enrolled agent since 2002 and certified financial planner (CFP) since 2008.
He is a member of National Associate of Enrolled Agents, California Society of Enrolled Agents and Financial Planning
Association and on the board of directors for Mission Society of Enrolled agents.
Chad has a Masters in Taxation from San Jose State University and is currently a member of the MSEA Membership and
Public Information and Awareness (PIA) Committees.
