Torie has been preparing taxes since 1990 and earned her EA in 2005.
She became a member of NAEA, CSEA and Mission September 2005.
Torie is one of our SEE class instructors.
She also does a variety of other speaking/teaching engagements, including speaking on taxable scholarships and stipends to the Graduate Students at Stanford.
She was honored top receive EA of the Year 2008-2009, and has proudly served the members of Mission as a Director, Vice-President and President Elect.
She is also currently working on her Masters in Taxation at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Cynthia passed the EA exam in 1998, and became an NTPI fellow in 2001.
I addition to tax preparation and representation, Cynthia lectures and has published articles on Registered Domestic Partner taxation.
She also teaches workshops for the IRS in Santa Cruz County.
Cynthia shares a practice with her husband in Soquel.

Connie became an Enrolled Agent in 2007 and joined MSEA in April 2008.
She became a MSEA Board of Director in 2009 and currently serves as Secretary.
Connie is also the current Chair of the MSEA Membership Committee.

Connie is a full-time employee of Intel Corporation with over 10 years experience in the Expatriate Tax Department in Santa Clara, California.

Linda worked in government accounting for 10 years before moving to California and becoming an Enrolled Agent in 2006.
After having met MSEA members at the test site, she became a member of MSEA, NAEA, and CSEA soon after.
She participates on the Education Committee and recently became the CPE Administrator for education events.
Linda is employed by Welkley & Tucker, Inc. where, in addition to individual and business tax preparation, as a QuickBooks
ProAdvisor, she provides business clients with QuickBooks bookkeeping and support.

Jaswant S Jessie, EA after working many years in leading-edge technology companies in Silicon Valley, started his
Tax Consulting Business in 1993, Jessie Tax Services in Sunnyvale, CA. Over the period, he added additional services,
Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales & Use Tax and Audit Representation to Individual and Businesses.
Since 2001, he start working full time with additional staff and with a unique ability to help Individual Clients
(Including International Incomes) and Businesses with their Taxes. Jessie specializes in Individual and Business

He worked on various MSEA Committees and was Chairperson for the Mini-Seminars events for many years. He taught
IRS/ EDD payroll seminars, VITA Classes and Basic CTEC class. Jessie also volunteered his time to other community

She currently participates on the Membership and Public Information and Awareness (PIA) committees at both the chapter and state level.
In 2007, Jill was elected to the MSEA Board of Directors and currently serves on the CSEA Board of Directors.
She is honored to have received the 2007-2008 MSEA Enrolled Agent of the Year and NAEA Outstanding Volunteer Award.
Jill presents small business seminars for the IRS in Santa Clara County and has a tax practice in Mountain View where she

Ilse became an EA in 2001 and has been a member of Mission since then. Her business is located in San Jose/Willow Glen area.
She forcuses primarily on individual tax returns. In addition, Ilse also has a bookkeeping practice serving the Bay Area, and belongs to an accounting group.
An active member of MSEA, she is also involved with coordinating the SEE classes for MSEA and is an instructor for the VITA Program.

Larry Behage became an Enrolled Agent in 1998.
He has been preparing taxes for 15 years, with a focus on small businesses, rental real estate and trusts.
Larry has also been representing taxpayers before the IRS since 1999.

Melinda (Mindy) Meyers started working for Bob Metcalf in 1973 while still in high school.
Bob was one of the early Enrolled Agents in San Jose.
Mindy got her EA in 1981 and has been doing taxes ever since.
She inherited Metcalf’s tax practice in 2009 and continues on in his stead.
Her practice is approximately 400 returns and she mainly does individual taxes.

He became an enrolled agent in 2003. Jack passed his licensing exams as a CPA, real estate agent, stockbroker, and Certified

Immediately prior to working in the tax field, Jack was a financial manager at Intel Corp, a controller at a
